Contact First Business Solutions was established in 2003. The business concept of offering businesses a ‘one stop’ business solutions shop evolved from Principal Director’s Melanie own real time experience of successfully establishing and growing her UK and Australian businesses.

If you are seeking assistance to market your business to the private or public sector our consultants can assist you to create successful strategies. The team has over 30 years real time business experience of successfully operating, managing and owning their own business enterprises.

Our Mission
Contact First Business Solutions focus on delivering quality business support by means of feasibility studies, creating business and marketing plans as well as providing accredited and non-accredited training, group training and one on one coaching and mentoring support. We operate with a balanced and integrated approach that can deliver strategically planned business development and growth based on sustainable principles and practices.
Contact First delivers accredited and non accredited training to their clients. Training programs are developed to meet customers requirements. Clients can choose from a selection of Business Management, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service Training Programs
We aim to support business through up-to-date knowledge we receive through our professional membership with the Australian Institute of Management, The Australian Marketing Institute, The International Institute of Learning Practitioners.
Melanie Lavelle-Maloney
Melanie completed her Masters in Business Management Majoring in Strategic Marketing at Manchester University UK. Melanie is a Certified Practising Marketer, an Associate Fellow of Australian Institute of Management, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, a member of the International Institute of Learning Practitioners and a Certified Trainer, Assessor and Educator. Contact Firsts’ Consultants are professionally qualified and continue their professional development with the same passion and motivation they inspire their clients with. Melanie completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Franchising at Griffith University.
